Roles & Responsibilities

Working Location : Paya Lebar

Working Hours : 10am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan and execute high-profile events, from concept to completion
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery
• Manage event budgets and timelines to achieve cost-effective outcomes
• Oversee event logistics, including registration, catering, and technical setups
• Create engaging event programs and promotional materials
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Monitor event success through attendee feedback and post-event evaluations
• Stay updated on industry trends to propose fresh and innovative event ideas
• Handle on-site event coordination and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Contribute to the growth of the company’s brand through memorable event experiences
