Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine site inspections to evaluate plant health, turf conditions, and overall landscape quality.
- Collaborate with site gardeners to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain daily activity logs and compile weekly / monthly reports for client submission.
- Manage the application of fertilizers, chemicals, and supplements to promote plant growth and pest control.
- Attend client meetings and coordinate responses to landscape-related inquiries.
- Develop and present action plans, including cost estimates, for priority tasks and site enhancements.
- Train and mentor site crews on best practices in landscape maintenance.
- Ensure equipment is safe and operational, and obtain necessary approvals with method statements.
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in duty rosters and provide relief coverage as required.
Requirements
Possess a Certified Practicing Horticulturist (CPH) qualification or a WSQ Diploma in Landscape Management (or equivalent recognized by the client).Minimum of 3 years’ experience in landscape maintenance or site coordination.Ability to interpret landscape plans.Skilled in report writing and familiar with basic digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).Leadership, coordination, communication, and client service capabilities.Demonstrated passion for sustainable landscaping and operational excellence.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
