Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description : -
- Establish, implement, and maintain project quality systems aligned with corporate and Singapore standards.
- Conduct regular QMS audits and reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Liaise with authorities, vendors, subcontractors, and external parties on quality-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with QA / QC plans, project specifications, BCA CONQUAS & Quality Mark standards.
- Develop and implement quality strategies and inspection test plans.
- Monitor quality control performance, conduct site inspections, and testing.
- Provide QA / QC training for staff / workers, including materials, workmanship, and HSE matters.
- Coordinate and review project quality plans; support tender submissions for QA / QC aspects.
- Oversee ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 under the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Review the quality control (internally and externally) of each project and requirements of the following assessment system if applicable :
a) BCA Quality Mark Assessment
b) BCA CONQUAS Assessment
11. Manage defect rectification, quality assurance for BCA programs, and innovation in BIM / VDC.
12. Provide and organise training for staff regarding Quality matters from time to time, including material,
workmanship, health, safety and environmental issues.
Job Requirements : -
Degree in Building Construction Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 5 years’ construction experience in similar capacity.Certified CONQUAS Manager (CCQM) / Certified Quality Mark Manager (CQMM)Good knowledge in BCA ISO regulationsWell versed in local quality standards including CONQUAS schemeStrong drive for results, excellent communication skills and leadership skills.Tell employers what skills you have
