Plans and executes strategic initiatives for the Global Operations organization. Programs are primarily manufacturing operations transitions (consolidation, expansion, integration) and production transfer related. This position works with local and worldwide, cross-functional teams to develop and meet project schedules. This role is key to develop, manage and monitor large- and small-scale programs from business case proposal to completion, assuring satisfactory results and closure. Additionally, this role will coordinate with other functional departments impacted by the programs and with all levels of the organization, including executive management. The Program Manager could be responsible for planning and execution to program budgets more than $10M.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop, manage, monitor, and complete small to large scale programs, usually with multiple sub-projects
- Develop and monitor budgets
- Manage cross-functional teams in the execution of program plans to schedule
- Coordinate necessary program support and task completions with corporate departments, Finance, Legal, Trade Compliance, Facilities, Engineering, and Human Resources
- Identify variances from plan and recommend corrective actions
- Regularly report project status; develop metrics and goals to monitor performance and effectiveness

As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $90,000 to $120,000 per year.
