What You'll Do :
Take charge of full-cycle import and export operations for both air and sea freight — ensuring every shipment arrives safely, on time, and within cost.
Handle customs declarations and documentation with precision, ensuring smooth clearance and full compliance with trade and regulatory requirements.
Partner with freight forwarders, carriers, and couriers to deliver efficient, end-to-end shipment coordination.
Anticipate challenges before they arise — solve problems fast and identify smarter, more cost-effective logistics solutions.
Maintain accurate shipment and cost records, ensuring complete transparency and accountability.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the supply chain, enhance operational flow, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring :
Diploma or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, with at least 2 years' hands-on experience.
Solid understanding of global shipping, import / export documentation, and customs procedures.
A keen eye for detail, strong analytical thinking, and the confidence to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills — you get things done by working well with others.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PDF).
Driven, dependable, and ready to grow — with opportunities for advancement for those who perform and lead with impact.
Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for a senior position with commensurate compensation.
