Solid understanding of global shipping, import / export documentation, and customs procedures. Excellent communication and teamwork skills — you get things done by working well with others. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PDF). Driven, dependable, and ready to grow — with opportunities for advancement for those who perform and lead with impact. Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for a senior position with commensurate compensation.
What You'll Do :
- Take charge of full-cycle import and export operations for both air and sea freight — ensuring every shipment arrives safely, on time, and within cost.
- Handle customs declarations and documentation with precision, ensuring smooth clearance and full compliance with trade and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with freight forwarders, carriers, and couriers to deliver efficient, end-to-end shipment coordination.
- Anticipate challenges before they arise — solve problems fast and identify smarter, more cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Maintain accurate shipment and cost records, ensuring complete transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the supply chain, enhance operational flow, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
