Job descriptionConduct routine patrols to monitor store premises. Assist in the supervision of in-house security personnel and Agency guard services. Performs rotating & night shift-duty to provide security and patrol company premises according to specified procedures. Inspection & monitoring of security passes & goods at selected locations Render assistance in emergencies & investigations Detect and deter theft and fraudulent activities. Respond to and report any security incidents or emergencies. Operate security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and alarm systems. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement security policies and procedures. Conduct safety and security checks to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Interact with customers and employees in a courteous and professional manner. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with customer inquiries and requests. Proven experience in a security-related role is preferred. Knowledge of security operations and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations. Strong observational and problem-solving skills. Possess a WSQ Certificate in Security Operations Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and Public holidays.
Roles & Responsibilities
- 44 hours work week including night shift
- Experience working in shopping malls
- Possess a PLRD license (SO or SS)
