Roles & Responsibilities

Interior Designer

Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 9am – 5.30pm
Salary: $ 3,000 – $ 4,800
Working Location: 70 Eunos Ave 7, Singapore 409569
Industry: Interior Design & Construction Company

Responsibilities:

• Develop and present creative design concepts based on client requirements and project objectives.
• Prepare space planning layouts, mood boards, 3D visualizations and detailed construction drawings.
• Source and select furniture, materials, lighting and finishes.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and relevant regulations.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or O-Level qualification in Interior Design or a related field, with several years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating experience in residential, commercial or hospitality projects.
