Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Executive

Working Location : Nearest Mrt : Tuas West road
Working Days : Monday - Friday
Working Hours : 8 : 00 am- 5 : 30pm / 8 : 30am-6 : 00pm / 9 : 00am-6 : 30pm
Salary range : $3200 - $3800 + $500 Car Allowance + $400 Petrol Fleet Card

Job Roles and Responsibilities

Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.

Delivering expert technical consultative services and generating detailed specification documents for Architects, Façade Consultants, and Contractors.

Collecting and analysing feedback from customers and prospects, sharing insights with internal teams to refine and optimize sales strategies

Proactively seeking new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms

Requirements

Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, or other relevant professional qualifications

2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive

Prior experience in the building industry is an advantage
