Roles & Responsibilities
JOB SCOPE
- Provide on-site installation guidance, debugging, and maintenance for customers.
- Respond quickly to customer needs, providing technical fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections of customer equipment to ensure stable product operation.
- Assist customers with product usage training to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to feedback market and customer needs.
- Write after-sales service reports and comply with the company's standardized after-sales service process system.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree, graduated from practical colleges; major in Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering and Automation or related fields.Fluent in both Chinese and English communication.Proficiency in Chinese is preferred to liaise and interact Chinese speaking clients and customers.Possess solid professional knowledge in electrical circuits, industrial power supply systems, power equipment principles, and understand electrical safety standards and regulations.Ability to work independently, with relevant work experience in after-sales service, technical support, or on-site debugging. Possess abilities in troubleshooting, installation and deployment, maintenance, and customer training.Excellent cross-cultural communication and customer service awareness, able to clearly understand and express customer demands, promote problem solving, and maintain good customer relationships.We Welcome :
