About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to lead our company’s expansion in the
wellness and nutraceuticals space. With over 15 years of experience in building lifestyle
brands rooted in purpose, the ideal candidate combines strategic precision with creative
intuition—bridging ancient wisdom and modern wellness science. This role requires a
leader who understands both brand storytelling and commercial performance, capable of
guiding a passionate team while cultivating genuine community connection and measurable
growth across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Leadership & Strategy
- Define and evolve the brand’s positioning as a trusted name in holistic wellness and natural supplements.
- Build a cohesive brand identity that balances purity, efficacy, and emotional resonance.
- Translate company vision into an integrated marketing roadmap covering digital, retail partnerships, and experiential touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product development to shape launches that align with consumer insights and brand ethos.
Creative Direction & Storytelling
Craft and oversee all brand narratives—rooted in wellness education, transparency, and nature-based science.Ensure all communications embody authenticity, trust, and aesthetic clarity.Lead creative campaigns that inspire a sense of calm, vitality, and conscious living.Partner with PR, design, and content teams to grow brand visibility in media, influencer, and wellness communities.Growth & Performance Marketing
Develop omni-channel marketing strategies across digital, social, CRM, e-commerce, and retail activations.Build consumer funnels that drive awareness, engagement, and repeat purchase through data-led insights.Oversee performance metrics, ensuring campaigns align with ROI goals and brand integrity.Drive partnerships with aligned wellness platforms, practitioners, and thought leaders.Community & Advocacy
Cultivate an engaged customer community through storytelling, events, and ambassador programs.Champion wellness education as part of the brand mission, turning customers into advocates.Ensure customer feedback and sentiment inform ongoing brand evolution.Team & Operations
Lead and inspire a cross-functional team spanning brand, digital, design, and communications.Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources strategically for impact and innovation.Create a culture of creativity, collaboration, and mindful excellence.Qualifications & Experience
15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level position.Proven success in the wellness, holistic lifestyle, beauty, nutraceutical, or natural consumer goods sectors.Deep understanding of brand storytelling, e-commerce marketing, and consumer behavior in health-conscious audiences.Strong grasp of both creative branding and digital performance (SEO, paid media, CRM, lifecycle).Experience managing brand partnerships, agencies, and cross-channel campaign execution.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications; advanced degree a plus.Key Attributes
