About the Role

• Providing expert guidance and support to junior staff members, helping them to develop their skills and confidence.
• Designing and conducting training programs to enhance the knowledge and expertise of our team members.
• Delivering direct counselling services to individuals, couples, families, and children, with a focus on providing empathy, understanding, and effective solutions.
• SUPPORTING divorced or divorcing parents in resolving co-parenting disputes, with a goal of promoting healthy relationships and outcomes for all parties involved.
• FACILITATING supervised visitation sessions for children and parents in high-conflict divorce situations, prioritizing the safety and well-being of all participants.
• Planning and facilitating psycho-educational and therapeutic group programs for parents and children, aiming to promote positive change and growth.
• Maintaining accurate case notes, reports, and program statistics, adhering to professional practice standards and service models.
• Preparing professional reports for court-mandated cases, as required.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic support for clients, leveraging strengths and expertise to achieve optimal outcomes.
