Roles & Responsibilities

Assistant Traffic Controller – Night Shift

  • Location : Near Changi MRT, Singapore
  • Salary : S$2,600 – S$2,800 / month + Attendance Allowance
  • Employment : Full-Time, Permanent
  • Working Hours : Monday – Friday : 12 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 AM | Saturday : 12 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 AM (5.5 days)

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule, assign, and track delivery jobs for drivers
  • Supervise drivers and provide clear operational guidance
  • Communicate with customers to resolve issues promptly
  • Report incidents, damages, or delivery discrepancies
  • Coordinate vehicle and equipment usage, including maintenance scheduling
  • Support import / export collection and delivery timelines

    • Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in traffic control, logistics, or transport coordination
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with midnight shift work
  • Familiarity with import / export coordination will be an advantage
