Job Description
Maintain a sales-conscious attitude and always be on the lookout for new sales opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's revenue growth.
Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of performance and professionalism.
Conduct training sessions for junior staff to enhance their product knowledge, customer service skills, and overall job proficiency.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and welcoming shopping environment.
Establish and maintain regular contacts with both existing and potential customers, fostering and nurturing healthy customer relationships.
Keep customers informed about new products, services, and any changes that may affect their shopping experience.
Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and after-service matters, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
Collaborate closely with the Retail Manager on sales activities and actively participate in Leica Camera events to promote the brand.
Continuously provide constructive feedback to the management team on various aspects to improve store operations and customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the store.

Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years experiences in customer service, high-end retail environment or in similar capacity.
Passion in retail industry, good communication and customer handling skills.
Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Passion in photography, art and culture scenes, photographic knowledge will be added advantages.
Fluent in English.
Good team player, nice personality, service oriented, positive attitudes to learning new skill sets.
Basic computer skills and netiquette.
