Key

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement strategies to effectively establish

and expand our supply chain system in Singapore.

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to

enhance our market presence and competitiveness.

Manage and optimize the entire product portfolio related

to our comprehensive solutions, ensuring alignment with market

needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and operational

plans.

Conduct market research and analysis to

stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key

stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and industry

partners.

Monitor performance metrics and

adjust strategies as necessary to achieve business

goals.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in business management and development,

preferably within the home renovation or interior design

sectors.

Strong understanding of supply chain

management and operations.

Excellent strategic

thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute

plans effectively.

Outstanding communication

and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing

diverse stakeholders.

Track record of

successfully growing business revenue and market share in previous

roles.

Ability to work independently and as

part of a team, demonstrating leadership

qualities.

Compensation :

4k - 10k + performance bonuses, 6 days a

week

Competitive

salary package based on experience, with performance-based
