Roles & Responsibilities

Accountant (Private Equity)

📍 Location : Asia Square

📅 Start : September 2025

⏳ Duration : 9 months (Maternity Cover)

💰 Salary : $4,500 – $5,000

no experience required as training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Independently manage accurate and timely financial closings (Local GAAP & IFRS) for Guernsey or Luxembourg General Partners’ entities.
• Lead interim & year-end audit processes, including preparation of annual financial statements.
• Handle tax, regulatory, and compliance monitoring & reporting.
• Resolve / reconcile accounting discrepancies and coordinate with team members when required.
• Execute timely payment of capital calls to products.
• Maintain proper files and documentation in accordance with company policies and accepted accounting standards.
