Job description : Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telemarketer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our loan services, and setting up appointments for our business consultants.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to prospective SME clients from provided leads / databases.
• Introduce company services and explain loan options in a clear and professional manner.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested prospects via calls, WhatsApp, or email.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead statuses.
• Achieve daily / weekly call and lead targets.
