Senior Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage client portfolios, ensure accurate financial reporting, and guide junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, tax computations, and other statutory reports.

Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IRAS regulations.

Handle full set of accounts for clients, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.

Review work prepared by junior accounts executives and provide guidance.

Liaise with clients, auditors, and government agencies professionally.

Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA / CPA qualification or modules completed is an advantage.

3–5 years' accounting experience

in a professional services or corporate services firm.

Good knowledge of SFRS and corporate taxation.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience mentoring junior staff is preferred.
