UI / UX Designer

The designer is responsible for developing and driving design solutions (process flows, sketches, scenarios, wireframes, navigation models, visual design) for applications, software, and other forms of

interfaces. In this role, you will take an active and hands-on role in supporting the creative, engineering and project / account management teams. You will also work closely with clients and be responsible for conducting user and stakeholder research activities including user interviews, ideation sessions, usability studies and other user research techniques to inform a human-centred design for the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather user requirements.
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI / UX design strategy for the brand.
• Explore various design approaches to solve specific user problems.
• Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Implement the latest design innovations to ensure that the product is in accordance with cutting-edge technology.
• Define user task flows and interaction models.
• Create a cohesive style guide to ensure consistent design language is followed across the product.
• Conduct user research.
• Create user personas.
• Conduct customer and competitor analysis.
• Optimises UI designs and tests for intuitiveness and user-centeredness.
• Conduct usability testing to identify gaps in design and see if they can be further improved.

Prerequisites

You have a strong interest in all aspects of design and its impact on the world around you, and share a passion for making digital experiences simple, meaningful and elegant. As an experienced designer, you will participate and lead world-class projects, and enjoy collaborating with peers and clients alike to solve complex design problems.
