QS Manager

Job Responsibilities :

Manage technical / commercial bid proposals.

Exercise cost control for all ongoing projects.

Oversee claim submission for all ongoing projects.

Prepare and strategies prolongation / variation / loss and expenses claim submissions.

Report directly to Director.

Job Requirements :

Minimum 15 years' experience.

Possess a Degree in Civil / Building / Construction Management.

Good working knowledge in contract law.

Possess following Soft Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

Able to work under stress and prioritize tasks

Resourceful

Self-motivated with high degree of integrity

Highly Organized

Excellent time management skills
