What you will be doing :
Develop new customers and business opportunities.
Manage the sales for existing customers
Monitor operations and ensure alignment towards sales objectives
Share key account information and trends with operation teams
Cultivate strong customer relationships
To identify growth opportunities and to expand customer base
Implement company sales strategies, processes, and initiatives
Foster teamwork and collaboration with internal stakeholders
What you need to be successful in this role :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Preferably international sales experience
Results oriented and with demonstrated achievements in sales
Experience from negotiating with customers
Proven track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with customers
What we are looking for :
Ability to work independently by planning and organizing own work
Ambitious and a strong desire for success with a commercial mindset
Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities
IT literate / digital savviness, with experience from working with excel, MS office, CRM systems etc.
Proven communication skills and a good command of the English language (verbal and written)
Prefer 2 years of commercial and sales work experience in the shipping agency
