Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary :

Basic up to $4,000
Completion Bonus + Performance Bonus
AL + Medical Benefits
Working Days & Hours : Monday - Friday, 8am - 545pm
Location : Penjuru

Job Responsibilities :

Handle and manage customer day-to-day operation demands, ensuring any issues / matters are follow through in a timely fashion until closure.

Ensuing email correspondence are properly addressed, and critical correspondence are filed for future reference.

Together with the Executive in charge, ensure warehouse space are efficiently utilise and forecast for future needs.

This include daily checks on ops team, ensuring stocks are stored in the most effective and safe manner.

Ensure inventory accuracy (i.e. System location match actual, proper labelling, perform regular cycle count of stock) by performing cycle stock count with Ops team.

Prepare required monthly reports and submit such reports in a timely fashion (eg. space utilisation report, inventory aging report, KPI report, manpower status report).

When required, prepare monthly billings details and submit to Executive in charge.

Enforce Ops team discipline in compliance with Company and Regulatory SOP (i.e. QEHS, Safe Work Practices) and work space are neat and tidy.

Attend to any periodic Audit checks, provide all request information in a timely fashion, address any queries raise by auditors and implement corrective measures promptly in areas highlighted by auditors (if any).
