📍 Location: 40 Alps
⏰ Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Alternate Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
📝 Job Responsibilities:
- Sort and organize documents accurately
- Identify and check HAWB numbers
- Arrange documents by customer and delivery date
- Scan documents into the correct shipment files
- Perform general clerical and administrative support
✅ Requirements:
- Basic office or clerical experience
- Comfortable with computers and scanning systems
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to work independently and follow procedures
