Technology Lead

Job Responsibilities

• Business Understanding : Gain in-depth knowledge of the business strategy and direction in overseas markets, identify pain points and potential business improvement opportunities, and develop technology system plans for overseas regions.
• Solution Development : Analyze current business conditions and provide targeted technology solutions to address pain points and challenges.
• Project Management : Participate in all relevant projects in overseas markets, track project progress, coordinate resources, and resolve issues during project execution. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Communication & Collaboration : Foster close collaboration between multiple departments, align technology initiatives with overseas business teams, and facilitate communication to prevent misunderstandings and conflicts that may affect cooperation.
• Accountability : Take responsibility for achieving business goals in the assigned region and ensure high-quality cooperation between the technology team and overseas business teams.
