Key Responsibilities :

1. Advocacy & Public Awareness in a Non-Profit Setting

  • Develop and implement advocacy strategies to shift public perceptions on elderly care and ex-offender reintegration.
  • Design and execute public awareness campaigns to highlight the foundation's mission.
  • Craft compelling narratives and case studies that empower beneficiaries and encourage social inclusion.

2. Digital Communication & Technology for Outreach

  • Implement multichannel outreach through websites, social media, and digital platforms to engage different demographics.
  • Utilize data-driven insights from communication platforms to optimize engagement and outreach effectiveness.
  • 3. Public & Media Relations with a Social Impact Focus

  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and policymakers to drive awareness and support for non-profit initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation of press releases, media kits, and thought leadership content to shape public discourse on aging and rehabilitation.
  • Monitor and analyze media trends to refine strategies and maximize advocacy impact.
  • 4. Internal Communications & Volunteer Engagement

  • Foster a shared sense of purpose among employees and volunteers by aligning internal messaging with the foundation's mission.
  • Develop internal newsletters, updates, and knowledge-sharing platforms to keep staff engaged and informed.
  • Organize mission-driven team-building activities that strengthen organizational culture.

  • Enforce communication guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
