Technical Operation Specialist

What you will be

doing : In-charge of

IoTs and AI setup and installation for our clients

Work with the data science and machine learning team to

prepare data and train AI / ML model

Help with

technical onboarding for new projects and clients

Resolve technical issues especially on hardware

installation and software configuration

Work

with the software engineering team to identify areas of

improvements for the product

Monitor and

maintain IT inventory (including laptops, mobile phone, printers,

door access), including hardware and software

licenses

What we need

from you : Comfortable

with setting up hardware, software, and networking

Have a basic understanding of bash scripting and

operating on Linux Ubuntu

A basic

understanding in scripting languages like Python / Ruby is a

plus

Comfortable with working in a fast-paced

environment and highly collaborative team

Candidates with ITE or Diploma qualifications are welcome

to apply
