Real Estate Investment Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our investment team in evaluating and executing real estate investment opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in conducting thorough due diligence, leading deal execution, and forging and maintaining strategic business partnerships with fund managers and developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and perform due diligence on real estate investment opportunities
• Lead deal execution and documentation
• Assist the Chief Investment Officer indevelopingandmaintainingnew business partnerships with fund managers and developers, originate real estate deals and boost pipeline for product listing
• Perform extensive research, financial modelling, valuation and other financial analysis
• Prepareinvestor marketing materials and work closely with business development team on investor engagement strategies
• Monitor, manage and track progress of existing mandates
• Provide general support across investor marketing events, investor communication, product partner and internal stakeholder engagement
• Create and maintain proprietary databases
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members
