We are currently looking for Legal Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities include :

Review, draft, negotiate and advise on a broad range of commercial contracts and legal documents
Provide legal advise to the business and operational units of the company
Work and liaise with the various stakeholders within the company
Perform other related duties as assigned

The ideal candidate would have :

A Degree in Law or equivalent

8+ years PQE and called to the Singapore or a common law jurisdiction bar

Strong commercial background, with good knowledge of contract law

A strong team player with interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with personnel at all levels

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good attention to detail

Strong organizational skills and adaptable and flexible with regard to activities undertaken
