Job descriptionMaintain accuracy : Conduct regular audits (cycle counts, year end stocktakes) Established inventory storage strategy based on FMSABC. Ensure FIFO compliance and Shelf life management Manage returns from plants. Reduce transportation costs through route optimization and carrier performance management. Increase on-time delivery performance to 95% or higher. Implement sustainable transportation practices to reduce carbon emissions Implement supplier performance management system to track and evaluate supplier performance. Reduce supplier lead time by 15% through improved communication and collaboration. Achieve a 90% supplier satisfaction rate based on regular feedback surveys. Implement cross-functional communication and collaboration tools or platforms. Conduct regular cross-functional meetings to align objectives and share information within the next quarter. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field Min 10 years of related experience and at least 1 to 2 years in handling oversea distribution centre / factory warehousing experience

- Supervise workflows : Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, material transfers, shipping and waste disposition
- Space optimisation : Design layouts for maximum storage capacity and accessibility.
- Meet KPIs : Develop and track warehouse metrics, like order accuracy, turnaround time and overtime management.
