Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake the development and editing of courseware & assessment materials, including learner guides, slides, assessments, and instructor resources.
• Co-design and structuring of new courses, following market demand and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure audit-readiness of course files, version controls, and trainer records.
• Liaise with Programme Office for submission of course approval / renewal documents.
• Ensure all materials are aligned with SSG / SSG-approved templates, ISO 29993 standards, and AKC’s internal quality benchmarks.
• Update and improve courseware periodically based on trainer / learner feedback and regulatory changes.
• Compile course submission documents (e.g., outlines, lesson plans, assessment rubrics) for approval by SSG or other relevant authorities.
• Conduct benchmarking of competitor courses to ensure AKC remains industry-relevant.
• Prepare and maintain all compliance documentation for WSQ and Non-WSQ courses.
