About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient management of staff and resources, delivering a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children and their families.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring excellent service standards and safety compliance.
Create and manage staff schedules, including rostering game masters and support employees to ensure optimal coverage during operating hours.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to maintain high levels of engagement, productivity, and morale.
Coordinate staff training and development programs to enhance skills and service quality.
Monitor and manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and inventory control.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and child protection policies and procedures.
Liaise with other departments to coordinate promotions, events, and special programs.
Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution when necessary.
Continuously analyze operational processes and implement improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills :

Proven experience in operations management, preferably within children's entertainment, retail, or hospitality sectors.

Strong team management and leadership skills, with experience in rostering and workforce planning.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Passion for creating a fun, safe, and positive environment for children and families.

Working Conditions :

Able to work retail hours (including weekends and public holidays.)
