Job description

Direct sales :

  • To follow up on the new sign-up students on their trials status
  • To update the daily sales report
  • To update the trial report link
  • To update the trial status
  • To send the confirmation and trial reminder to customers
  • To follow up the email regarding on the operation and data issue from sales work

BD team support :

  • To update the daily report
  • To give the operation support to BD team, i.e PR and PO submit, google form management

    • Marketing team support :

  • To update daily marketing reports
  • To manage processes that facilitate marketing and campaign execution, from end-to-end to track leads
  • To manage the data issue
  • To assist in ad-hoc marketing events
