Strategic E-Commerce Leader

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee the strategic direction, performance, and continued success of our flagship platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute commercialization and growth strategies for our B2C marketplace.
• Oversee profit and loss (P&L) for the platform with full accountability for global total payment volume (TPV) and gross profit performance.
• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve business and operational goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience running a large international e-commerce site across multiple markets with a blend of business, product, and / or program management roles. They will possess strong analytical and product skills with a demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems.

A successful candidate will operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment, leading cross-market initiatives and fostering knowledge sharing across regions.
