Description

Our Client is a Taiwan-Japan joint venture and aspire to become the leading brand for chemical dispense systems in the Asia‑Pacific region. Responsibilities Evaluate and record supplier information and quotation data. Handle inquiries, price negotiations, and ordering of components. Manage import customs clearance and related tasks for overseas procurement. Handle issues related to defective or non-conforming delivered components. Act as the liaison with Project Managers from the Engineering Department for procurement and subcontracting matters. Monitor procurement and subcontracting progress and handle any exceptions or delays. Develop and establish relationships with qualified suppliers. Establish benchmark unit prices for various subcontracted work items. Verify and process payment requests for purchased goods and subcontracted work. Requirements Diploma holder in any field.
