Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Supervise, monitor and control project for compliance to specifications and drawings.
- Resolve site technical issues to ensure inspection and approval by the consultant of the work done.
- Laise with main-contractors, subcontractors, clients and other parties involved in the projects.
- Attend site meetings, inspections, prepare and submit necessary documents / reports for projects.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force.
- Able to provide technical advice and solving problems on-site. Ensure compliance to all Governmental, Building Rules,
- Regulations and Safety at site Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phase to ensure deadlines will be met
- Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability
Job Requirements
Min 10 years of relevant working experience in construction industry.Able to work independently.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Bachelor's degree in building construction, construction management, civil engineering, or architecture.Strong management and leadership skills.Tell employers what skills you have
