Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM professional with strong expertise in SuccessFactors EC / ECP, SAP Time Management, and Payroll, combined with hands-on ABAP debugging and technical integration skills. This role blends functional leadership with technical problem-solving to deliver scalable HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead and support SAP HCM / SuccessFactors operations, ensuring timely issue resolution and SLA adherence.Gather requirements, design solutions, configure systems, and deliver enhancements across Payroll, Time, and EC / ECP.Provide techno-functional support : functional specs, ABAP debugging, custom developments, and interface monitoring (IDoc, BAPI, PI / PO, Web Services).Drive change requests, testing, documentation, and deployment activities.Mentor team members and collaborate with vendors to strengthen delivery capabilities.Ensure compliance with audit, security, and data privacy requirements.Requirements
5+ years SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience, with hands-on config in EC / ECP, Payroll, and Time schemas / rules.Proven techno-functional expertise in ABAP debugging, HR interfaces, and enhancements.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.Advantage : Experience in multi-country / regional SAP HCM landscapes.Tell employers what skills you have
