Job descriptionLead and support SAP HCM / SuccessFactors operations, ensuring timely issue resolution and SLA adherence. Gather requirements, design solutions, configure systems, and deliver enhancements across Payroll, Time, and EC / ECP. Provide techno-functional support : functional specs, ABAP debugging, custom developments, and interface monitoring (IDoc, BAPI, PI / PO, Web Services). Drive change requests, testing, documentation, and deployment activities. Mentor team members and collaborate with vendors to strengthen delivery capabilities. Ensure compliance with audit, security, and data privacy requirements. 5+ years SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience, with hands-on config in EC / ECP, Payroll, and Time schemas / rules. Proven techno-functional expertise in ABAP debugging, HR interfaces, and enhancements. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline. Advantage : Experience in multi-country / regional SAP HCM landscapes.

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM professional with strong expertise in SuccessFactors EC / ECP, SAP Time Management, and Payroll, combined with hands-on ABAP debugging and technical integration skills. This role blends functional leadership with technical problem-solving to deliver scalable HR solutions.
