Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for a proactive HR & Admin Assistant to support our human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and geneKey Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Support
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases (e.g., leave records, contracts, work permits).
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation for new hires and exit interviews.
Support in payroll processing, ensuring accurate timesheets and overtime calculations.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOM’s EP Online.
Ensure compliance with MOM, CPF, and other statutory requirements in Singapore.
Assist in managing employee benefits, claims, and leave administration.
Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
2. Office Administration
Oversee general office management, including procurement of office supplies.
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff if required.
Maintain and update company records, contracts, and administrative documents.
Support management in organizing meetings, events, and training sessions.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Compliance & General Support
Ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace safety, and company policies.
Assist in audits and reporting for HR-related matters.
Support in employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
