Job Summary
This position will support the organization by partnering with business leaders and employees to provide the employee lifecycle services, implement Southeast Asia region HR programs, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function. This role is responsible to identify business needs and provides advice, guidance and create sustainable solutions in addressing employee and organisational challenges, with a focus on building strong relations hips and fostering a positive workplace culture.
