Job descriptionAssess and identify individual client needs to recommend appropriate therapeutic interventions and programmes Conduct individual or group therapy sessions to achieve client outcomes Participate in public education and outreach initiatives to promote an inclusive society Stay updated with current research and developments in occupational therapy Engage in networking with hospitals and other community organisations Senior Occupational Therapist : undertake supervisory and administrative responsibilities in addition to clinical work Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) recognised by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) Eligible for registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPC Singapore Strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and professionalism Team player passionate about serving in the social service sector and supporting people with disabilities Experience in management and multi-agency collaboration is an advantage Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year of clinical supervision Supportive and dynamic Allied Health team Opportunities for professional growth and development Meaningful work supporting children, adults, and seniors in the community
