Job descriptionManage and handle employee and workers' recordsResponsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuancePerform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boardingCoordinate on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related mattersManage leave & attendance recordAdminister training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity / Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.Prepare weekly / monthly reports in a timely and accurate mannerProvide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related mattersUndertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior / management team from time to time
