Position Summary :

We are seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Hair & Scalp Wellness Consultants or Sales Supervisors. In this role, you will :

• Conduct personalized consultations to assess clients' hair and scalp conditions.
• Recommend suitable treatment plans and products from our in-house organic range.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to outlet performance.
• Lead and mentor junior staff (for supervisory roles).
