Responsibilities
- Key focal point on all Singapore LLP operations related matters / escalations between various stakeholders including but not limited to customer, LLP, suppliers, customer's vendors, and auditors.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to,
Stakeholders engagement / management
Management of end to end operations process (i.e. warehousing, transportation (import, export, domestic), reverse logistics, and customs / license)Inventory management (i.e. stock count, inventory variance investigations, inventory adjustment, parts movement)Ensure suppliers meet customer KPI and improve productivityLead and manage continuous improvement initiatives, change request, new project and / or new initiatives with a customer-focused approachReportingConduct business review with various stakeholdersProvide training and guidance to LSP and LLPConduct root cause analysis and develop effective corrective and preventive actionsParticipate and support IT transformation, system migration or new application implementationSupport RFQ on Supplier requirements drafting, initial supplier evaluation and selectionLLP Billing and LSP Billing support and resolutionCross LLP Team support and backupRequirements
Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management, Business Administration or related field.At least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations.Must be able to work with multiple stakeholders, able to command teamwork and cooperation, managing full scale transportation and warehouse operations.Capability to exercise strategic and forward thinking.Excellent operational issue resolution skillsExcellent people and communication (written and spoken) skillsPC literate, inter personal skills, excellent teamwork and leadership skills.Commercial awareness and customer focusedSelf-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem solving skills, attention to details, meticulous and comfortable to work with uncertaintiesAbility to work independently, conscientiously and under pressureUnderstanding of Singapore's import / export requirement will be an advantageAt DHL Supply Chain we take pride in our commitment to fostering a workplace that celebrates diversity and promotes inclusion for all.
