Job descriptionDegree in CIvil / Geotechnical Engineering Able to communicate with people from all levels Independent, diligient, highly motivated and possess supervisory skills Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel and Microsoft Office Minimum 5 years experience as a site engineer, preferably in construction or reclamation projects
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning and execution of the project in accordance to the drawing and schedule
- Supervise and coordinate site activities to achieve daily work schedule and to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Liase with client representative for daily inspection and schedule especially on top 2m layer compaction
- Responsible to understand the Geotechnical aspects of the project e.g. Soil Condition
- Ensure quality of work is acheived and safety regulations are complied with
- Report on the site progress and status regularly to the construction manager
