We are looking for passionate Senior / Staff Nurse who wants to join the Foundation for an exciting renal career as a specialisation. The incumbent is required to maintain standards of patient care, the delivery of safe efficient dialysis therapy as prescribed to patients.
Job Responsibilities :
You will be a part of our nursing team providing a high standard of nursing care to our renal patients.You will be oversee and assist in the education of patients, ensure accurate nursing records are maintained and give and receive comprehensive nursing reports.You will work closely with clinical nurse managers in all administrative aspects of centre management.You will be assigned to one of the dialysis centres, conveniently located island-wideJob Requirements :
Registration with Singapore Nursing Board is a MUSTTraining will be provided for those without renal experiencesOur centres operates on 2 shifts on a 5-day work week from Monday to SaturdayMorning : 6.30am to 4.00pm / Afternoon : 2.00pm to 11.30pmMust be able to commit to rotation shift work, Public Holiday and SaturdayKey Skills & Competencies :
Clinical Nursing Skills : Proficient in delivering safe and effective nursing care, with the ability to monitor and manage patients undergoing dialysis.Patient Education : Skilled at educating patients on treatment procedures, diet, medication, and lifestyle modifications to improve outcomes.Communication : Clear and compassionate communication with patients, caregivers, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.Record Keeping : Accurate and timely documentation of nursing care, treatment sessions, and patient progress.Team Collaboration : Works effectively within a multidisciplinary team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.Adaptability : Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays, adjusting to the dynamic dialysis centre environment.Problem Solving : Able to identify issues quickly and respond appropriately to patient needs or operational challenges.Personal Attributes That Set You Apart
