Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF & Mixed Signal products on automated test equipment.
  • Liaise closely with the design engineers on the first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring up and production release activities.
  • Troubleshoot digital vectors (JTAG / SCAN / ATPG / Functional / Mbist) and Device characterization across PVT (Process, Voltage and Temperature).

Requirements :

  • Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Communication Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of developing SOC programs from NPI to volume ramp stage experience with Advantest V93k or Teradyne Uflex / Iflex.
  • Proficient in Java, C / C++, Visual Basic, Perl, Python
