Descriptif mission

Position Overview : Safran Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior PMO to join our Project Management Office organization within the Aircraft Engines Support & Services Division. In this role, you will drive best-in-class project governance and methodology for two critical projects based in Singapore, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.

Reporting & Organization

Reports to : Project Management Office Director, Support & Services Division and Regional Delegate. Internal stakeholders include Project Managers (MRO & Certification streams), Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Real Estate, M&A teams, Singapore site CEOs / CFOs / Finance / Procurement. External stakeholders : External Partners, Vendors and Regulatory bodies.

Scope & Responsibilities

• Project Governance & Methodology – Lead the full PMO lifecycle (initiation → planning → execution → monitoring → closure) for multiple concurrent projects, including a LEAP engine MRO initiative. Define, deploy, and continuously improve standard processes, templates, KPIs, and reporting dashboards (through PowerBI and oSmoz tools). Facilitate Steering Committee meetings, preparing consolidated status reports, risk / issue logs, decisions, and action items.
• Planning & Control – Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource histograms, financial forecasts and business cases. Track milestones, costs, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements (EASA / CAAS). Monitor budgets, manage cost-control processes, and propose corrective actions.
• Stakeholder Management – Proactively engage internal and external stakeholders to align expectations and drive timely resolutions. Provide transparent, concise reporting to executive leadership on project health (technical, schedule, financial). Mentor and support Project Managers on best practices, risk mitigation, and performance optimization.
• Continuous Improvement & PMO Leadership – Identify process gaps and lead cross‑functional workshops to embed lessons learned. Champion digital tools and automation to streamline reporting and reduce administrative overhead. Coach and develop PMO junior team members; foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
