The Role

We are seeking an inquisitive, numbers-driven Investment Analyst to join our Investment Team. The candidate help source, evaluate, and execute real estate investments, support product listings on our platform, and track performance across the investment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the evaluation and due diligence of real estate opportunities (assets, funds, and mandates)
• Support deal execution , including documentation and listing processes
• Build financial models , valuations, sensitivity analyses, and investment memoranda
• Conduct market, sector, and competitor research ; maintain proprietary datasets
• Prepare investor materials and collaborate with Business Development on engagement strategies
• Monitor and manage ongoing investments, producing timely performance updates and reports
