Job Description
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel
- Accomplishing work results, establishing priorities
- Monitoring all production progress
- Setting daily / weekly / monthly objectives and communicating them to employees
- Overseeing and coaching employees
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
- Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
- Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources
- Employees attendance management
- Ad-hoc assigned by management
