Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel
• Accomplishing work results, establishing priorities
• Monitoring all production progress
• Setting daily / weekly / monthly objectives and communicating them to employees
• Overseeing and coaching employees
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Check production output according to specifications
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
• Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
• Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
• Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources
• Employees attendance management
• Ad-hoc assigned by management
