Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly accountable and results-oriented HR COE Expert with 8-15 years of HR experience. The ideal candidate must have solid exposure in
Compensation & Benefits and/or Talent Management, while possessing cross-functional COE capabilities.
This role will be responsible for building and optimizing foundational HR frameworks from 0 to 1, including job architecture, grading systems, total rewards framework, benefits structure, performance management, and learning & development systems.
The successful candidate must have prior experience working in a
fast-growing and dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience, strong execution capability, and the ability to deliver under pressure.
Key Responsibilities1. Job Architecture & Governance- Design and implement company-wide job architecture and grading framework
- Establish structured career pathways and promotion governance
- Ensure scalability, internal equity, and governance discipline
2. Total Rewards & Compensation Framework- Develop salary structures, grading bands, and incentive mechanisms
- Build annual compensation review processes
- Conduct market benchmarking and workforce cost modeling
- Ensure high standards of accuracy, data integrity, and compliance
3. Benefits & Rewards Design- Structure and optimize employee benefits programs
- Ensure competitiveness, cost discipline, and regulatory compliance
- Continuously enhance total rewards positioning
4. Talent & Performance Framework- Build and refine performance management systems
- Establish succession planning and talent pipeline frameworks
- Develop competency models aligned with business strategy
5. Learning & Development Framework- Design structured L&D roadmap from 0 to 1
- Align capability development with workforce and business priorities
6. HR Data & Analytics- Perform compensation analysis, workforce cost modeling, and scenario planning
- Build dashboards and management reporting
- Translate data into actionable insights for leadership
- Maintain strong governance and accuracy standards
RequirementsExperience- 8-15 years of HR experience
- Solid exposure in at least one COE function - Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management
- Experience beyond a single specialization; able to integrate multiple HR modules
- Proven experience building HR frameworks from scratch (0-1 setup preferred)
- Prior experience in a fast-growing, high-change, or transformation environment is required
