Job Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the FM sector (commercial, industrial, healthcare, government).
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Lead and manage tender submissions, ensuring compliance with technical, commercial, and administrative requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare competitive bids and conduct market research on competitors and industry trends.
Job Requirements
