Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities in the FM sector (commercial, industrial, healthcare, government).
Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Lead and manage tender submissions, ensuring compliance with technical, commercial, and administrative requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare competitive bids and conduct market research on competitors and industry trends.

Job Requirements

Min Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

At least 5 years of experience in IFM, facilities, or service contract management with proven track record in tendering and client management.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills with sound knowledge of FM services.

Proficiency in CRM / proposal management tools; Facilities Management Certification (CMF) is an advantage.
