Job Brief

Practice with Depth, Autonomy and Support.

We are inviting Psychotherapists and Counsellors, from Senior Consultants to Associates, to join a practice designed for deep work.

This role is for the clinician who wants the freedom of private practice without the isolation or administrative burden.

We provide the brand, the premium, private clinical space, the administrative infrastructure, and the client acquisition funnel. You provide the clinical excellence.

What You'll Do

• Clinical Mastery: Manage a diverse caseload from intake to discharge, delivering high-impact individual, couples, or family therapy.

• Growth & Reputation: Actively build your professional profile. We support you in producing one piece of thought-leadership content per month to attract clients specifically aligned with your expertise.

• Continuous Evolution: Participate in clinical supervision and training, including certification in our proprietary Integrative Essence Therapy (IET) framework.

• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You view your practice as a partnership. You are proactive in retaining clients through quality care and comfortable discussing fees and treatment plans.

We are seeking clinicians who are professional, integrative, and dedicated to the business of therapy.

• Integrative Approach: You have a strong foundation in your primary modality and are willing to adapt your approach to serve the client’s needs. You are open to learning and applying new tools.

• Modern Outlook: You are comfortable using technology and data to support your clinical work.

• Professional Standards: You understand the responsibilities of private practice, including ethical boundary management and administrative discipline.

• Commercial Awareness: You understand that private practice is a service business. You are comfortable discussing fees, rebooking clients, and proactively marketing your expertise.

What You'll Bring With You

We are accepting applications for the following tiers:

• Senior Clinician (5+ Years): You are an expert in your modality. You handle complex cases with ease and may offer supervision to junior associates. SAC/SPS Supervisor status is highly advantageous.

• General Clinician (2–5 Years): You have a solid clinical foundation and are ready to deepen your practice within a structured, supportive environment.

• Associate Clinician (0–2 Years): You are early in your journey, seeking to build your skills under rigorous supervision while managing a specific, appropriate caseload.

• Trainee Clinician (completing practicum): Currently completing a recognised Master’s practicum. Focus is on accumulating clinical hours under strict supervision.

General Requirements for All Levels:

• Education (Qualified Clinicians): Master’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, or related clinical field.

• Education (Trainees): Completed academic coursework for a recognised Master’s and currently completing practicum/placement.

• Insurance (Qualified Clinicians): Valid professional indemnity insurance required.

• Insurance (Trainees): PI insurance requirements differ; details confirmed during screening (many trainees are covered under training institution/placement arrangements).

• Registration: Full Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the SAC (Singapore Association for Counselling) or SPS (Singapore Psychological Society).

• Flexible: You act as an independent professional with control over your schedule.

This Role IS NOT:

• A Passive Engagement: We look for active engagement and a desire to do deep work with clients.

• An Employee Role: This is an independent contractor position focused on clinical delivery.

Additional Notes

• Contract: Independent Contractor Agreement.

• Professional Certification: Selected associates will receive full training and certification in our proprietary framework, Integrative Essence Therapy (IET). This advanced training is provided at no cost, subject to a retention agreement, equipping you with unique tools for deep structural work.

• Probation: A 3-month probation period applies.
